By checking the box below and proceeding to checkout, you, the customer, agree to the following terms and conditions for your custom printing order:

• Colors may vary:

Please be aware that the colors of your printed product may differ from what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee an exact color match due to variations in monitor settings and the printing process. We do our best to reproduce the colors as accurately as possible.

• Spelling accuracy:

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all text, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation, on your custom design before submitting your order. We will not be held responsible for any errors in the text after your approval. Your design will be printed exactly as submitted and approved by you.

• Graphic quality:

We recommend submitting images with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher for optimal print quality. If you choose to submit a lower resolution image (below 300 dpi), you understand that the printed result may not be as clear or sharp as desired. We will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of low-resolution graphics and will print your design as-is.

• Sublimation process imperfections:

Although we use the highest quality sublimation printing process, please note that imperfections may occur in the arm, shoulder, and collar areas of your printed product. These imperfections are a natural result of the printing process and are not considered defects. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that such imperfections may be present on your final product.

Rush-Order Production

Processing Custom Orders typically take 5-10 business days (after art approval or print as-is submissions) for Production. If your order requires RUSH Processing, please use the “Text us” feature on the bottom right corner of the browser before you make a purchase. Rush Production and Expedited Shipping are not the same things. If you select express shipping, the processing is still 5-10 business days. You MUST request rush processing if you need your order RUSHED.
